At Painted Paper, we want you to love your home transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened wallpaper rolls and home decor items. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided via email or choose your own preferred shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
